I have had several video interviews recently and am waiting to see if they request on-campus interviews. One school told me that I wouldn't hear for several weeks due to a slower process on their end, but I am not sure what to expect for the others. I haven't seen any updates on the wiki, beyond other video interview requests made at the same time as mine. Is there a typical time frame for an on-campus interview request after video interviews? The wait feels particularly, well, weighty given where we are in the season. Plus, it would help to have an indication of whether I might not be performing well enough in the video interviews.

Congratulations on your interviews!
I think the answer to your question is that it really depends. Usually at the phone (or video) stage, they interview 10 people, so you have to allow for time for them to fit that many calls in to people. Then they all need to meet to select 3-4 people for campus visits. If you are one of the last people to interview, you'll hear back soon. I once had two phone interviews in one day, and by the time I was through with the second one I had been invited to campus from the first place, before I had a chance to write them e-mail thank-yous. (So that was a 1 hr turn-around.) But it can take much longer. Sometimes phone interviews happen in the fall, and you hear nothing while others are invited to campus. Those people fall through and you get invited to campus in the spring semester. Obviously that's not going to happen now, but I'm just giving you the range. In general, I'd say you should probably hear back within a week if it's good news.
In my experience, after an initial contact (request for letters of recommendation, phone or video interview), it has been anywhere from 2 weeks to 1 month depending upon the department.
I just had a month between, I had actually given up on the school but got a call this week to come to campus.
