
Applications are invited for a postdoctoral position at the University of New Mexico / Mind Research Network with Dr. James F. Cavanagh. This position is funded by a center grant for brain injury and recovery.
The related experiments will involve longitudinal assessments of cognitive control, MRI, and EEG in mild and moderate Traumatic Brain Injury patients, as well as healthy controls. There are resources and funding available for studies of brain stimulation and/or MEG as well.
Candidates must hold a PhD degree in psychology/neuroscience or a related field, have a strong background in conducting and running cognitive neuroscience experiments, and a proven track record of peer-reviewed publications. Prior work with EEG, diffusion tractography, and pattern classification is desirable. Expertise in Matlab is highly desirable.
This position is expected to start in late fall/early winter.
