Fordham University, Department of Psychology: Associate/Assistant Professor (tenure-track) position in Cognitive Psychology to begin August 2016. We are seeking a candidate with an established record of external funding or clear potential to obtain external funding, peer-reviewed publications, and teaching experience, who will take a leadership role in helping develop a doctoral program in cognitive/experimental psychology. Candidates must have earned a Ph.D. in Psychology and have a demonstrated record of publication. Applications in all fields of cognitive psychology will be considered. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate courses, establishing and maintaining a productive independent program of research, and mentoring student research at the undergraduate and graduate (thesis and dissertation) level. The ideal candidate will also participate in our undergraduate Integrative Neuroscience major. The Department of Psychology offers doctoral degrees in Applied Developmental Psychology, Clinical Psychology, and Psychometrics/Quantitative Psychology, and MS degrees in Applied Psychological Methods and Clinical Research Methods. The Department is located on both campuses of Fordham University (Rose Hill and Lincoln Center), but this position will be primarily at the Rose Hill campus.
