Why rely on a biased sample from this forum when the data you are looking for are available from the AAUP, the Chronicle, and other places?
For example:

Last year's data from the appropriate school are a far better predictor than a current offer from an unrelated school in another city. Also, look in the faculty handbook of the school you applied to, or its peer schools. In the case of public universities look at the online salary databases for state employees.
I'm aware of state universities public data. The AAUP and Chronicle year appear to average across disciplines, someone in a business school will make much more than an English prof. APA doesn't list institutions just areas and also averages.
In addition, this data allows one to see what they are paying first year assistant profs. The other data averages across all years of assistant prof.
If there is a website that has first year assistant prof, in psychology, by area, by institution….that would be helpful. Otherwise, reporting on this forum works.
Your ideal resource is a table of salaries at the school of interest or its peer schools, often found in the faculty handbook, as the earlier poster pointed out.

At many SLACs, there will be no disparity between humanities and sciences. At my college (a different SLAC) all first year tenure track faculty make the same thing, unless they come in with prior experience on another tenure track, and we all receive exactly the same raise each year.
