I had a skype interview three weeks ago and I felt that I made a very good impression and the committee seemed pleased as well by the interview. One of my questions to the committee during the interview was about an approximate timeline but they did not figure it out yet.
I was pretty confident but I now am nervous because it has been three weeks and nothing yet. Should I follow-up with an email or wait for their email?

1-4 weeks, typically 2 weeks.

Wait and let them contact you or not contact you unless you have other interviews.

Keep in mind that there might have been 10-15 people interviewed and 3 campus invite slots. You could have been #10 on the list and then given a fantastic interview, but still not good enough to break into the top 3. I do hope you get an invite soon, though.
