I know this wiki is largely for academic jobs aimed at people with more advanced degrees, but we have some paid research opportunities for undergraduate researchers (must be pre-bachelors degree) at Texas Tech University for the next three summers.
More specifically, we were recently awarded an NSF:REU grant titled "Research Experience for Undergraduates (REU) Site: Translational Research in Psychological Sciences: Human Factors at Texas Tech University". This is a great opportunity for undergraduates to get experience working one on one with a designated research mentor in a research lab at an R1 school for eight weeks. This includes a stipend of $4,000, campus housing, a supplement for meals, travel expenses to and from Lubbock TX, and travel funding to attend one national conference. The mentors include cognitive, social, and human factors psychologists. For students planning to apply to experimental psychology graduate programs, this would be a great opportunity to gain experience and bulk up the CV.
For information on the program, mentors, and applying, see [http://www.myweb.ttu.edu/jiyang/HF-REU.htm]
Please share this with any undergraduates you know who might be interested!
