I submitted an application for a SLAC a little while back, and since then have a new publication (third author). This wasn't anywhere on my CV because it ended up moving quite quickly from draft to acceptance. Thoughts on writing to update the search committee? I don't want to be perceived as annoying, but also feel like this might be an opportunity to say "hey, remember me?"
I've pretty uniformly always been told to update schools about things like publications or grants. It could even just be as simple as emailing the chair with an updated version of your CV and just briefly mention the new paper. You never know, it could help you out a little bit, and if you do it succinctly and quickly it won't come off as pushy or anything. At least that's what I've always heard.
