What are Psy.D. programs looking for in faculty?

Just a quick question for those that might know anything about Psy.D. programs and faculty searches. Obviously the programs differ from Ph.D. programs in many important ways, but how does this translate to faculty searches? I am wondering how clinical/supervision, teaching, and research experiences are weighted for these committees. In particular, is extensive research experience (i.e., pubs) an asset or even a liability?
I'm considering applying for a few and have very little information, so any thoughts would be appreciated.
