Interviews for Lecturer positions--What to expect?

I received a call last week about doing a phone interview for a Lecturer position, and I'm very nervous about the whole thing. What types of questions should I expect for this type of position? How should I best prepare for this type of interview? Any advice would be much appreciated! It's for a mid-sized school. Thanks!

Can you be more specific? Is this a lecturer position in the UK or Australia or lecturer position in the US? Lecturer position in the UK and Australia are really Assistant Professor positions where as in the US it usually means a teaching only position.
