ASSISTANT PROFESSOR IN COGNITIVE PSYCHOLOGY OR COGNITIVE DEVELOPMENT WITH APPLICATIONS TO LEARNING AND EDUCATION SCIENCES—TEMPLE UNIVERSITY. This position is a tenure-track appointment in the Department of Psychology, and is part of the University’s initiative to create linkages between the Department of Psychology and the College of Education in a projected Temple Institute of Learning and Education Sciences. The person selected for this position will have a strong research and publication record and a strong commitment to teaching and mentoring at the undergraduate and graduate levels. The candidate is expected to develop a nationally recognized, extramurally funded research program. Candidates will have a Ph.D. in Psychology or an allied field such as Cognitive Science, and will be engaged in a research program relevant to any of a broad range of topics in the science of learning.
