The Psychology Department at Santa Clara University has an opening for a tenure-track, assistant professor position in Social/Personality Psychology. The candidate’s scholarly focus can be in either Social Psychology or Personality. The candidate should have a Ph.D. in Social or Personality Psychology. Advanced ABDs may apply if the Ph.D. will be completed by September 1, 2013. The candidate should have a research program that can incorporate undergraduates and should be prepared to teach courses in social psychology, personality, research methods, and additional courses in her/his area of expertise. Potential collaboration with other departments (e.g., Anthropology, Economics, Environmental Studies, Ethnic Studies, Sociology, Women’s and Gender Studies, and Departments in the Business School) is encouraged.
