There are a number of applied and human factors jobs that are sprinkled throughout different sections, but share a lot in common. Some may not be great fits for the section they are in as well. Should there be a new section these can be put into or linked to from? What should it be called?

I'd call it "Industrial Organizational, Human Factors, Engineering Psychology"… I know they are not the same thing but that would cover this category well in most cases and get these jobs out of the other categories such as cognition… most cognitive psychologists wouldn't qualify for these positions, so they should be moved out of cognitive.
