Canadian open/social jobs updates?

Does anyone know anything about the searches at the following Canadian schools for social and open area positions:

Huron University College (social)
Nipissing University (open)
Redeemer University College (open)
University of Manitoba (social)
University of Victoria (open)

Any info would be appreciated! Thanks!

I'm also curious about these schools.

In early January, Huron said they would be notifying short listed candidates by the end of January. Not sure if they have done so and we didn't make the cut, or if they're being slower than expected.

Well, Manitoba and U Vic were also due around the same time as Huron, and nobody seems to have heard from those places either…. let's assume they're just being slow? That way we can at least keep hoping! :)

Nipissing and Redeemer were due recently, but I'm hoping they'll be quick. I can't imagine they receive too many applications. (I'd love to know how many apps these places receive!)

I know of at least one person who has been contacted for interview at U Vic. No news on the other schools.

I also applied to Huron, Nipissing, and Manitoba and haven't heard anything yet. Hopefully they're just being painfully slow.

U Manitoba is dealing with a delay in their search and has not made campus invites yet.

I heard that Huron has already interviewed.
But nothing about the other schools.

Anon, how certain are you about the information on Huron? Is your source of info pretty trustworthy or close to the source?

I heard from a reliable source that Huron has made an offer and it has been accepted.
