I am in the blessed position of having three manuscripts accepted since I submitted the majority of my applications. I sent an updated CV and preprint for the first two manuscripts out to committee chairs already, but am wondering if contacting again with yet another updated CV and another preprint is too much of a bother for the selection committee. Thoughts and advice very welcomed. Thanks.

When I was on the market I was told to only update the committee once. If the newer manuscript is in a very high impact journal I'd update, but if not I'd let it go.
Congrats! That's great! I agree with the other poster — only update if it's in a very high impact journal. But, if anyone gets in touch with you, definitely mention it then!
I'm in a similar position (just got a manuscript accepted in a very high impact journal) but I know from the forum that all of the positions I've applied for are already interviewing and I've not heard anything. Should I update them anyhow?
I suggest if you haven't received a rejection yet, send over the updated CV. You never know what'll happen with those interviews.
