I thought the email seemed generic enough to be sent to many people (no indication of short list). When did you put in your application?

I applied in late Feb. It's strange that they'd send this email to some applicants and not others though

No—haven't heard anything. Perhaps budgetary approval has not been received yet? I remember seeing that in the advertisement. Not sure how it works though. I guess if someone gets an offer, can they post here?
