The Department of Psychology at Rutgers University-Camden Campus invites applications for two tenure-track positions to start in fall, 2015.
One position is for an Assistant or Associate Professor in Health Psychology, ideally with a focus on health disparities. The successful candidate is expected to be involved in a newly developed major in Health Sciences and to teach Introduction to Health Sciences.
The other position is for an Assistant Professor in Methodology and Quantitative Psychology. The successful candidate is expected to teach graduate-level statistics courses including a multidisciplinary introductory course and a discipline-specific advanced course.
Rutgers-Camden is a research-intensive campus of 6,000 students located in Camden, New Jersey, directly across the Delaware River from Philadelphia. The teaching load for junior faculty and research-active senior faculty is 2-2, and salaries and benefits are competitive.
